Despite its 10.4-inch chromed steel blade, the slicer’s compact design allows easy placement in any kitchen, with the flywheel protruding only 1.3 inches below the work table for seamless use of lower drawers. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, it delivers the perfect cut while minimizing waste, making every slice a celebration of flavor. Optional pedestal accessories with art-nouveau-inspired decorations enhance its timeless appeal (sold separately).
Crafted for performance, convenience, and safety, the Volano B2 features a quick-advance food plate with a manual millimetric knob for precise product positioning, a dual-action removable sharpener, and an 8-position gauge plate to adjust slice thickness from 0 to 0.5 mm. The steel slice deflector with magnetic coupling and very thin residual product design ensures minimal waste. Cleaning is simple thanks to the detachable stainless steel food plate, dishwasher-safe receiving plate, and wide cleaning spaces. Safety is paramount with a stainless steel blade ring guard, fixed aluminum back ring, and ergonomic black anodized aluminum controls to maximize grip and minimize effort.

Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund before it has been shipped. Once your order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please wait for your parcel to arrive and then follow our standard return procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
Most items in new and unused condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.
